I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and very luxurious, with a touch of luxury that made my stay really comfortable. The two balconies were a nice addition, and the huge bed with great pillows ensured a great night's sleep. The only downside was the rust in the trashcan in the bathroom, but it didn't detract from the overall experience. The excellent wifi connection was a big plus, although one or two more accessible electrical outlets would have been convenient.

The service was top-notch. The staff was very knowledgeable, polite, and real gentlemen. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort, even providing breakfast at a horribly early time. The aircon and hot water were great, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty. However, there were some slight shortcomings in customer service.

The location was amazing, situated in one of the nicest areas of the city, full of hotels and restaurants, and close to the two best museums. It was great for us with easy access to shopping areas, commercial districts, and not far from the airport. Just a 45-minute drive from Antigua, it was convenient to explore the surrounding attractions.

The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. The made-to-order eggs, fruit, bread, and excellent coffee made breakfast enjoyable. However, there could have been a greater variety of food options, especially pastries or champurradas.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were visually stunning, well planned, and very comfortable, equipped with everything any traveler would need. The free breakfast brought to our room early in the morning was a nice touch, and the free shuttle to the airport was convenient.
